Online Extravaganza starting Monday November 19th

This week Stampin' Up! has made so many great announcements.  Every day has been so exciting to see what additional news is coming around the corner:)  Just today they announced their Online Extravaganza running from Monday, November 19th to November 28th.  There will be extra special doorbusters on Monday, which includes the Big Shot!  What a great time to get yourself an early Christmas present!!  Head over to this site to check out the extra special deals going on to get your Christmas shopping started.  Then make your list and start shopping on my online website

The second big announcement was that Stampin' Up! created a card-making application called Simply Sent! This iPhone app allows customers to create an e-card-from a template or completely on their own-and send it via e-mail or post it on Facebook. And it's free!

What you should know about this app: it's not My Digital Studio on a mobile device, not even close. This scaled-back version will only give customers a taste of what you can create when you buy MDS. I hope you'll get excited about it as well and that you'll do the following:
Download it from iTunes or the App Store, share it with all your friends, and post a review! The more positive reviews it gets, the more prominent place it takes in the iTunes store.  Try it out!

Stampin' Up! is working on an app for Android so never fear it is in the works.

And last but not least the third announcement...Stampin' Up! has made it possible to order Digital downloads as part of a workshop order.  This is such a great new feature as now you can host a Digital scrapbooking workshop and your guests can order MDS products and contribute to your workshop sales!  Can I hear a WOOHOO!!!!

Phewwww, that's lots of information to absorb!  If you have questions, or want to schedule the first Digital workshop drop me an e-mail.  karlita@tctwest.net

Hand Sanitizer tutorial

Evening all!  Hope this post finds you all snug and warm in your houses.  We're expecting our first winter storm this weekend and I'm so ready for it:)  I love to be home working on all different kinds of crafts.  Plus, this weekend I'm taking a break from craft fairs but never fear there's one coming up next weekend.

This quick tutorial shows you how I've made the hand sanitizers for my craft shows.  Unlike some other tutorials out there, this one uses a 12x12 piece of cardstock so you're not having to piece together cardstock.  One full sheet of paper will give you enough for decorating six bottles.

Cut your cardstock 2" x 11-1/2".  Having a Simply Scored makes this project easy peasy and can be finished in no time flat!  Line your markers on the areas listed below and eliminate any potential mistakes.

Punch a 3/4" circle between your first and second score marks for an area to insert the bottle top of the hand sanitizer.

Place sticky strip at the first 1/2" section of paper to secure.

After embellishing your boxes attach 1/2 of a velcro circle to close your decorated box.

If you have any questions drop me an e-mail at karlita@tctwest.net or if you need to order products to complete these projects, head over to my Stampin' Up! website:  www.karikarlin.stampinup.net
